Manufacturer description
The Sony Trinitron PVM-1270Q Color Video Monitor is a vintageCRT display unit with a 12-inch screen size, featuring BNC video inputs and a sleek gray and black color design. Made in Japan as part of the Sony Trinitron product line, this monitor includes buttons for easy operation. While the item is untested, it holds potential for those looking for a piece to repair or for display purposes. The turns on but I’m not sure how to run any tests to know if it actually works properly. Therefore, it’s being sold for parts for someone that is handy with these tv’s.
SpecPicks Verdict
SpecPicks scored Sony Trinitron PVM-1270Q Color Video Monitor For Parts Untested using a rating × review-volume × price-fit model applied to published specs and reviews across the displays & upscalers category. Sony's displays & upscalers lineup sits within the broader category mid-tier; price and specs are the deciding factors over brand loyalty here. Judge it on the specification table and the price rather than on sentiment: check the figures that decide your use case, then put it side-by-side with two or three close alternatives in the Compare tool before clicking through.
