Pros & Cons

Pros

  • ✓ 50ft length covers a full bedroom perimeter without joining two kits
  • ✓ Works with both Alexa and Google Assistant, no separate hub needed
  • ✓ 16 million colors plus saved app scenes, not a fixed preset list
  • ✓ Built-in mic drives music sync to ambient room and game audio
  • ✓ Cuttable every 3 LEDs so trimmed runs do not kill the rest of the strip

  • ✗ Wi-Fi dependent, so app and voice control drop when the network goes down

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is this LED strip, and will it go around my bedroom?

The kit is 50 feet total, which is long enough to run the perimeter of a typical bedroom, a ceiling line, or a long gaming-desk setup in one continuous install.

Does it work with Alexa and Google Assistant?

Yes, it works with both. You can turn the lights on and off, change color, and adjust brightness by voice. Note that an Alexa device is not included with the strip.

Can I cut the strip to fit a shorter run?

Yes. The strip has cutting marks every 3 LEDs, and cutting along them does not damage the rest of the strip, so you can size a section to a shelf or headboard.

How does the music sync feature work?

A microphone is built into the strip, so it picks up ambient sound in the room and changes color with the rhythm. It responds to any audio source playing nearby, including game audio.
