Manufacturer description

The LCTKJTP LED Strip Lights kit ships 130 feet of RGB strip across two 65ft rolls, enough to run a full bedroom perimeter, a dorm ceiling line, or a TV backlight without splicing in a second kit. A built-in microphone drives the music sync mode, so colors and brightness shift in time with whatever is playing instead of cycling on a fixed loop. You get two ways to drive it: an infrared remote for quick color and mode changes from the couch, and a smart app that opens up custom color picking, brightness, mode selection, and timer scheduling. The strip cuts along marked cutting lines, so you…

SpecPicks Verdict

SpecPicks scored LCTKJTP LED Strip Lights using a rating × review-volume × price-fit model applied to published specs and reviews across the rgb & lighting category. LCTKJTP's rgb & lighting lineup sits within the broader category mid-tier; price and specs are the deciding factors over brand loyalty here. Judge it on the specification table and the price rather than on sentiment: check the figures that decide your use case, then put it side-by-side with two or three close alternatives in the Compare tool before clicking through.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the LED strip in total?

The kit includes 130 feet total, split into two rolls of 65 feet each. They are separate rolls, not one continuous 130ft run.

Can I use these LED strip lights outside?

No. The manufacturer states the strip is not waterproof and should be used indoors only, so skip patios, eaves, and bathrooms.

How does the music sync mode work?

A built-in microphone picks up sound in the room and shifts color and rhythm to match. It listens to ambient audio rather than connecting to your audio source directly.

Do I need the app, or can I just use the remote?

Either works. The infrared remote handles basic color and mode changes; the app adds custom color selection, brightness, mode, and timing controls.

Can I cut the strip to fit shorter sections?

Yes, the strip cuts along the marked cutting lines. Be sure of your measurements first, since the manufacturer notes cut portions cannot be reused.
