Manufacturer description

The keyboard carries 110 round, retro-profile keycaps in black and red with 18 built-in shortcut keys, so volume, media, and browser controls stay one press away instead of buried in menus. Typing feel is the selling point here: the round keycaps give a tactile, clicky response that fans of vintage typewriters and ASMR keyboards specifically seek out, which is a different experience from the flat chiclet keys on most budget office combos. Setup is genuinely plug and play. One 2.4G USB dongle pairs both the keyboard and the mouse, with no driver install and no pairing sequence to memorize…

SpecPicks Verdict

SpecPicks scored X9 Performance X9 Cute Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo using a rating × review-volume × price-fit model applied to published specs and reviews across the gaming peripherals category. X9 Performance's gaming peripherals lineup sits within the broader category mid-tier; price and specs are the deciding factors over brand loyalty here. Judge it on the specification table and the price rather than on sentiment: check the figures that decide your use case, then put it side-by-side with two or three close alternatives in the Compare tool before clicking through.

Common buyer scenarios for gaming peripherals of this kind: matching it to an existing build, replacing a failing part, or upgrading from a previous-generation equivalent. Check the spec table below against your current setup — particularly socket / form-factor / power-rating fields — and confirm compatibility on the retailer's listing before purchase. Prices and stock are set by the retailer and may have moved since this page was last updated.
