Manufacturer description

The Flash Furniture Fundamentals Big & Tall Swivel LeatherSoft Office and Gaming Chair is built for people who need a wider seat and a higher weight ceiling than a standard task chair delivers. The heavy-duty base is rated to 400 lbs, and the 28.75"W x 28.75"D frame gives longer limbs room to shift without pinching mobility. Padded LeatherSoft covers a waterfall seat edge, a shape designed to take pressure off the back of your legs and keep circulation moving through long stretches at a desk. Adjustability is handled with a pneumatic height lever that moves the seat through a 42-45.75"…

SpecPicks Verdict

SpecPicks scored Flash Furniture Fundamentals Big & Tall Swivel LeatherSoft Office… using a rating × review-volume × price-fit model applied to published specs and reviews across the home & kitchen category. Flash Furniture's home & kitchen lineup sits within the broader category mid-tier; price and specs are the deciding factors over brand loyalty here. Judge it on the specification table and the price rather than on sentiment: check the figures that decide your use case, then put it side-by-side with two or three close alternatives in the Compare tool before clicking through.

Common buyer scenarios for home & kitchen of this kind: matching it to an existing build, replacing a failing part, or upgrading from a previous-generation equivalent. Check the spec table below against your current setup — particularly socket / form-factor / power-rating fields — and confirm compatibility on the retailer's listing before purchase. Frequently Asked Questions

How much weight can this Flash Furniture chair hold?

The heavy-duty base is rated to 400 lbs, which is why it is sold as a big and tall chair rather than a standard task seat.

It measures 28.75" wide by 28.75" deep, with an overall height of 42 to 45.75" depending on where you set the pneumatic seat lever.

Can you recline or lock the backrest?

Yes. Pulling the seat lever out lets you rock and recline, and the tilt tension knob under the seat controls resistance or locks the seat in place.

Is this real leather?

No. It uses LeatherSoft faux leather over foam padding, with plywood, metal, and plastic in the frame and base. It wipes clean with a damp cloth.
