SpecPicks Verdict
SpecPicks scored AreTop 64GB USB C Thumb Drive using a rating × review-volume × price-fit model applied to published specs and reviews across the accessories category. AreTop's accessories lineup sits within the broader category mid-tier; price and specs are the deciding factors over brand loyalty here. Judge it on the specification table and the price rather than on sentiment: check the figures that decide your use case, then put it side-by-side with two or three close alternatives in the Compare tool before clicking through.
Common buyer scenarios for accessories of this kind: matching it to an existing build, replacing a failing part, or upgrading from a previous-generation equivalent. Check the spec table below against your current setup — particularly socket / form-factor / power-rating fields — and confirm compatibility on the retailer's listing before purchase. Frequently Asked Questions
Does the AreTop 64GB USB C flash drive work with iPhone?
AreTop lists iPhone 15 Series and iPhone 16 Series as compatible. Those models use USB-C, so you plug in the drive's USB-C end. iPhones with a Lightning port are not on the compatibility list.
Why doesn't my Android phone detect the drive?
Your phone must support OTG (On-The-Go), and OTG must be turned on before you plug in the drive. Check your phone's settings for an OTG toggle, then connect the USB-C end again.
What file system is the drive formatted with, and can I change it?
Each 64GB drive ships formatted as exFAT. You can reformat it to another file system if a device such as an older car stereo or TV needs one. Back up your files first, because formatting erases the drive.
How fast is this flash drive?
It is a USB 2.0 drive, and the listing does not give read or write speeds. USB 2.0 works well for documents, photos and music, but copying large video files will take noticeably longer than with a USB 3.x drive.
What comes in the pack and is there a warranty?
You get five 64GB dual USB-C/USB-A flash drives in black, blue, silver, green and red. AreTop includes a 12-month service plan and offers a replacement if a drive doesn't meet your expectations. Check the product listing for the full terms.
