Manufacturer description
A rare model of the trinitrons, KV-1485P, a multi regional unit that was imported from Japan. It does have the original box & remote as well. TV works without issue and the picture looks great! The only mechanical issue is that the volume down button on the unit is pushed in (as you can see from the pics), but it still works and can be turned turn by pushing it in further.
SpecPicks Verdict
SpecPicks scored Sony Trinitron KV-1485p 14 inch CRT TV Retro Gaming Tv W/ Remote & Box using a rating × review-volume × price-fit model applied to published specs and reviews across the displays & upscalers category. Sony's displays & upscalers lineup sits within the broader category mid-tier; price and specs are the deciding factors over brand loyalty here. Judge it on the specification table and the price rather than on sentiment: check the figures that decide your use case, then put it side-by-side with two or three close alternatives in the Compare tool before clicking through.
Common buyer scenarios for displays & upscalers of this kind: matching it to an existing build, replacing a failing part, or upgrading from a previous-generation equivalent.
