SpecPicks Verdict

SpecPicks scored HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e Wireless All-in-One Color Inkjet Printer using a rating × review-volume × price-fit model applied to published specs and reviews across the cables & connectors category. HP's cables & connectors lineup sits within the broader category mid-tier; price and specs are the deciding factors over brand loyalty here. Judge it on the specification table and the price rather than on sentiment: check the figures that decide your use case, then put it side-by-side with two or three close alternatives in the Compare tool before clicking through.

Common buyer scenarios for cables & connectors of this kind: matching it to an existing build, replacing a failing part, or upgrading from a previous-generation equivalent. Check the spec table below against your current setup — particularly socket / form-factor / power-rating fields — and confirm compatibility on the retailer's listing before purchase. Frequently Asked Questions

How fast does the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e print?

HP rates it at up to 22 pages per minute in black and 18 ppm in color. Real-world speed varies with page complexity and print-quality setting.

Does it print and scan double-sided automatically?

Yes. The 9125e does automatic 2-sided printing and 2-sided scanning, and it has an automatic document feeder for multi-page originals and copies.

Can I use third-party or refilled ink cartridges?

No. HP states the printer works only with cartridges carrying HP chips or circuitry and blocks non-HP chips, with periodic firmware updates maintaining that restriction.

How much paper does the input tray hold?

The main input tray holds 250 sheets, which is roughly half a ream, so you reload far less often than on a typical 100-sheet home inkjet.

Is the 3-month Instant Ink trial actually included?

Yes, 3 months of Instant Ink comes with HP+ activation. After the trial, a monthly subscription fee applies unless you cancel.
