SpecPicks scored MSI Micro Star MS8817 MS-8817 GF2 MX 400 32 MB VGA Graphics Card using a rating × review-volume × price-fit model applied to published specs and reviews across the retro graphics cards category. MSI's retro graphics cards lineup sits within the broader category mid-tier; price and specs are the deciding factors over brand loyalty here.
