Cons

- ✗ Doubles as a phone stand, but no stated weight limit for heavier tablets
Manufacturer description
The Evershop Ring Light for Laptop Desk solves the two problems that sink most clip-on lights: weak fixity and screens it doesn't fit. Its stretchable horizontal plate expands from 2 to 2.5 inches so it clamps securely to straight or curved laptop and desktop displays, while the stand body adjusts from 6.5 to 8.5 inches to clear taller monitors. The 5-inch head packs 64 LEDs at 10W across three color modes (white, natural, and warm) with CRI above 98, so skin tones read accurately on camera instead of washing out under overhead office lighting. Brightness runs across 30 adjustable levels…

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this clip onto a curved monitor?
Yes. The horizontal plate stretches from 2 to 2.5 inches and is designed to fix securely on both straight and curved screens, which is what separates it from flat clip-on lights that only grip thin laptop lids.
Does it need batteries or its own power adapter?
Neither. It is USB-powered with no batteries, so it runs from a PC, laptop, power bank, or charging plug. It is plug and play, so there is no driver or app setup.
How bright is it and what color temperatures does it have?
It uses 64 LEDs at 10W output across three modes: white, natural, and warm. Brightness is adjustable across 30 levels, and CRI is rated above 98 for accurate color.
Is it portable enough to travel with?
It weighs 7.1 ounces with a 5-inch light head and a compact folding bracket, so it fits in a shoulder bag or handbag for office, travel, and outdoor use.
Can I mount my phone on it instead of clipping it to a laptop?
Yes. The all-in-one stand holds a phone or iPad directly for video calls and recording, so it works as both a fill light and a device holder.
What kind of warranty does it come with?
Evershop states 12 months of validity protection on this ring light. Check the product listing for the current warranty terms and how to contact the manufacturer.
